This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the roam
plugin for Rhinoceros ("the Software"), developed and distributed by
Verkare AB ("the Licensor").

By installing or using the Software you accept the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not accept them, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT
   The Licensor grants you a free-of-charge, non-exclusive, non-transferable
   license to install and use the Software on any number of computers, for
   personal or commercial purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS
   You may not:
   a) sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software;
   b) modify, decompile, or reverse-engineer the Software, except to the
      extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
   c) remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices;
   d) redistribute the Software outside of official distribution channels
      (such as the Rhino Package Manager) without prior written permission
      from the Licensor.

3. OWNERSHIP
   The Software is licensed, not sold. Verkare AB retains all right, title,
   and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property
   rights.

4. NO WARRANTY
   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS
   OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
   MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
   THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS
   WITH YOU.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
   TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL
   VERKARE AB BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
   EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS
   OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING IN ANY WAY
   OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF
   THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

6. THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE
   The Software links against RhinoCommon, the SDK of Rhinoceros, which is
   provided by Robert McNeel & Associates as part of a licensed Rhino
   installation. No third-party components are redistributed with the
   Software. Rhinoceros and Rhino are trademarks of Robert McNeel &
   Associates. Verkare AB is not affiliated with or endorsed by Robert
   McNeel & Associates.

7. TERMINATION
   This license terminates automatically if you breach this Agreement. Upon
   termination you must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.

8. GOVERNING LAW
   This Agreement is governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be
   settled by Swedish courts, with the district court of the Licensor's
   registered seat as first instance.
